Delivery will take about 5-7 business days from the moment of shipment.

Cancelation
We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.
If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs of used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%, after 4 days and later - 15%.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on refund or exchange of painting
In order to return you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Exchange
If your painting is defective or damaged we will replace it. To order an exchange, send an email at kladov@trendgallery.art
Please pay attention, that due the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

I’ve purchased four art pieces from this shop. I love the custom piece that is now hanged in the entry way and the first thing I see when I come home (I wish I could post more than one pic on Etsy). The color, quality, and texture are amazing. Sergio is highly responsive from start to finish. The shop also offers the art to arrive stretched and framed (if you want), which saves you a trip to the local framers. I ordered my piece stretched and it arrived on time and well packaged.
